Aesthetic Registered Nurse Provider

About the Role:

We are seeking an Aesthetic Registered Nurse Provider to deliver safe, effective, and artfully executed aesthetic treatments while cultivating trusted patient relationships

Responsibilities:

• Perform injectable and laser treatments
• Conduct consultations and customized plans
• Educate patients and recommend skincare
• Maintain compliance and accurate documentation
• Collaborate with the team to deliver elevated experience

Qualifications:

• Active CA RN license
• 1–2 years of injection experience preferred
• Strong understanding of facial anatomy
• Excellent communication and professionalism

At Enclave Med Spa, we believe beauty is more than skin deep—it’s about confidence, connection, and care. We’re seeking a skilled and client-focused Aesthetic Nurse Injector (RN, NP, or PA) who combines clinical expertise with artistry, professionalism, and a passion for continuous growth.

This is a key clinical role responsible for performing injectable treatments, collaborating with our consultant team to deliver seamless consultations and Good Faith Exams, and building trusted patient relationships while contributing to the success of our luxury, community-driven brand.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Excellence & Patient Care:

• Perform injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, biostimulators, PRF/PRP, and other advanced procedures
• Collaborate with the consultant team to ensure seamless consultations and Good Faith Exams
• Develop customized, results-driven treatment plans based on patient goals and anatomy
• Provide post-treatment care and follow-up with exceptional bedside manner
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with medical, safety, and legal standards

Knowledge & Expertise:

• Apply a strong understanding of facial anatomy to deliver natural, balanced results
• Stay current with best practices, products, and emerging techniques in aestheticsApproach every role with a solution-minded attitude and remain “always a student”Strong understanding of facial anatomy

Client Coordination & Communication:

• Build trusted, long-term relationships through patient education and compassionate care
• Partner with concierge staff and marketing to support consultations, conversions, and retention
• Confidently present treatment plans and make professional recommendations

Teamwork & Operational Support

• Work collaboratively across providers, consultants, concierge staff, and management as part of a high-performing team
• Contribute to inventory control, reporting, and purchasing processes
• Track, measure, and support KPIs related to consultations, treatments, conversions, and retention
• Uphold strict adherence to safety, sanitation, and compliance protocols

What We’re Looking For

• Active RN, NP, or PA license in California
• 2-5+ years of injectable experience preferred (neurotoxin & filler required)
• Strong aesthetic eye with emphasis on natural, elegant outcomes
• Excellent bedside manner and patient communication skills
• Sales-minded with confidence in presenting treatment plans
• Solution-oriented, team player, and committed to continuous learning
• Familiarity with CRM/EHR scheduling systems (Zenoti, Dr. Logics, or similar a plus)
